You can access all the top integrations from the right panel in Swit, including email, cloud storage, and calendar. Simply connect the features you wish to use and get to work!

Convert emails into tasks

Access your email in the right panel and convert them into task cards when you have additional action items. The task card will have the email attached so that you and any task collaborators will have the full context available to you in one place.

Schedule meetings

Use integrations in the right panel to access your calendar and see an overview of your meetings for the day. Schedule meetings from the same sidebar, adding guests and video conferencing as needed. Drag and drop meeting links into channels for a quick catch-up or urgent project sync.

Advanced Drive search

Search through your cloud drive from the right panel, and use Swit’s advanced filters to help find exactly what you’re looking for. You can narrow down search results by file type, date modified, title, keywords, or even who the file has been shared with.

Achieve more with a bi-directional workflow, made possible through integrations. Just as you can use outside integrations from within Swit, you can also access Swit features from within your favorite tools, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more.

Microsoft 365

Connect Outlook email, calendar, OneDrive, and more with the Swit add-on for Microsoft 365. Share messages from Teams in Swit channels and DMs, or directly convert them into new tasks. Use bot commands to check the status of My Tasks and sync with your Presence status in Teams.

Google Workspace

Share Gmail messages, Google calendar events, Drive files, and more with the Swit add-on for Google Workspace. Create a new task or add context to an existing task by referencing text in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.

Salesforce (SFDC)

See your Salesforce records within Swit and share them with a simple drag-and-drop to help make sure Sales is on the same page with other departments. You’re also able to search records by keyword, open activity history, see related lists and records, and use the user command to share customer information in channels.

Jira

View your Jira issues from within Swit and share them across workspaces to provide your team with context and keep IT aligned with other teams. Simply expand the right panel to browse and filter issues or search by keyword to find exactly what you’re looking for. Drag-and-drop issues directly into channels for quick resolution.

Confluence

Access your Confluence pages from the right panel within Swit so that everyone in your workspace as quick access to essential documentation. View a list of pages by space, search pages by keyword, and share them across workspaces with a simple drag-and-drop. Click any shared page in Swit to open it in Confluence.

Add apps to get more done within Swit

Build your own integrations through Swit Developers and publish the apps through the Swit Store. Users can then easily browse and install third-party apps from the Swit Store. Admin can install apps on the Organization level, and control the permissions for accessing apps from each Workspace.
